2D Motion Tracking Software

Working with a number of Biomechanical students, I developed a motion tracking software that would provide the 2D positions of any number of coloured markers. From the relative positions of the markers, the various joint angles can be determined and further analysis can be performed. This allows for a low cost simple motion tracking system, as the markers themselves don't need to be precise and any camera can be used.
