Since creating the original program in my undergrad for my DRA. I have been able to make the code freely available for anyone to use - link. In addition to the code, the use can be easily attributed to me using the publication made on the software - link. Further, a newer version of the program is currently in development - link. This newer version of the program is redesigned from the ground up to be more user friendly, as well as address some of the limitations of the previous version.
